Dinner at Chipotle

Sometimes I wonder about myself. How can you get excited about eating at a fast-food burrito restaurant? Well, that would mean you have never been to a Chipotle.
In January Chipotle opened up in Flagstaff. We were interested in eating there that day but the line was around the building. Sadly we decided to visit them at a later date. Well, that day finally came.
In our order we had two burritos, three tacos and an order of guacamole and chips. I know that was a lot of food, but there were three of us eating! Honestly!
It had been a long, long time since we had been to a Chipotle and once more I could not wait to dive in to my burrito.
When I unwrapped that baby I couldn't believe my eyes! That beast is HUGE! All I could think of was my good friend Bill Philipp who is a burrito maniac. He would have been proud of us.
Somehow between the three of us we managed to eat everything. All that was left was the aftermath of empty wrappers and containers.

I must admit that I am looking forward to our return visit. I am planning on going to Flagstaff again in April. I do have to eat somewhere!!!
