A few nights ago we decided to have chicken fajitas for dinner.
I took some boneless/skinless chicken breasts and fired up the grill. Winter grilling never scared me! For seasoning I use black pepper and Lawry's Seasoning Salt.
While the chicken was grilling my wife was inside getting the refried beans and guacamole ready. The cheese and hot sauce was ready and pretty soon all that was needed was the meat.
There is nothing like the finished product hot off the grill, still sizzling from the juices and the hot grill.
We sliced the chicken into strips to put onto our tortillas.
